On registering for the event, participants (also referred to as "you") are entering an agreement with Organizers.  By registering to the Conference, you are indicating your acceptance to the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Registration
The Conference registration is available online. Participants are requested to complete the registration no later than 30 April, 2019. The registration is binding.
All registrations are accepted on preliminary basis and will be approved by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the registration.

3. Registration Fees
The registration fees are listed at https://sh2019.igf.edu.pl/registration
Registration fees depending on category include the following services:
- admission to all conference sessions and events
- accommodation in a twin/triple room (3 nights)
- full board
- conference materials,
- papers publication (accepted papers)
- transport from/to Warsaw to/from conference venue.

Optional post conference tour is offered for an additional fee.

4. Payment & Invoice
Upon completing the on-line registration you will receive a proforma invoice. It will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Please settle the payments in PLN or EUR

Please note:

• payments should clearly state the participant’s name(s);
• all payments should have the remark “ISH 2019 - name, surname″;
• payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form;
• the invoices for registration will be issued and sent by Mazurkas Congress & Conference Management (Conference Secretariat).

5. Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of Registration Your registration and all payments will be confirmed by e-mail.

6. Changes to registration
Changes to your original application for registration will be accepted before 30 April, 2019 and should be sent in writing to the ISH 2019 Registration Team to: sh2019@mazurkas.pl

7. Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation a written notification must be sent to the registration office.
Your registration fee can be refunded for a cancellation fee of 200 PLN / 50,00 € on or before 22 March, 2019.
On or after 22 March, 2019, the registration will be refunded less 50% of paid amount
On or after 30 April, 2019, the registration fee can't be refunded.
All refunds (if applicable) will be made after the conference either by bank transfer or credit card depending on original way of payment.
All cancellations of registration should be sent in writing to the ISH 2019 Registration Team to: sh2019@mazurkas.pl
Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the Conference.

8. Consent to be photographed
As a registered delegate, I hereby authorise the Organizer and its official photographers/videographers to photograph me within the context the XXXVIII International School of Hydraulics for use on conference website, marketing materials, social media accounts and in the press.

9. Other photography
Delegates are entitled to take photographs at the XXXVIII International School of Hydraulics for their own personal, educational and/or advocacy purposes. The Organizer will not be liable if delegates object to being photographed in these circumstances.
